Task Tracking Dashboard Development

I need a web-based project management dashboard focused exclusively on task tracking so my team can see exactly who is doing what, how far along they are, and when each item is due. Down the road I may layer in performance or resource metrics, but for this phase I’m concentrating on a clear, intuitive task view that keeps everyone aligned.

The build must include:
• Assignment delegation – quickly assign or reassign tasks to team members and have the change reflected instantly
• Progress updates – real-time status captured and displayed through interactive graphs or charts
• Deadline reminders – automatic alerts when due dates approach or slip

Data should refresh in real time (or near real time) and the visuals must be clean, responsive, and easy to filter by project, assignee, or date range. Provide a straightforward admin panel for adding projects, tasks, and users, plus concise setup documentation so I can maintain the dashboard without extra help.
