I am seeking a talented WordPress developer/designer to professionally build and refine a website based on a fully mapped-out content structure.

The website is for an independent referral service.

I have:
• Domain registered
• WordPress installed
• Kadence theme installed
• AI Kadence “Digital Consulting” template used as a visual starting point
• Full sitemap completed
• All page content written (SEO structured)
• Brand structure defined
• Legal pages drafted

The current template is a structural placeholder only. The website needs to be professionally rebuilt and refined to achieve a clean, premium, trust-focused finish.

Scope of Work
1. Homepage Refinement
Rebuild homepage sections using Kadence blocks

Trust blocks styled properly
CTA optimisation

2. Page Builds
Build and format the following pages using provided content:

All content is provided and structured with correct H1/H2 hierarchy.

3. SEO Setup
Must include:
Proper heading structure (single H1 per page)
Meta titles & meta descriptions implemented (provided)
Clean URL structure (provided)
Internal linking structure (provided)
Image alt tags
Schema where appropriate
Fast loading performance
Basic technical SEO configuration
SEO plugin experience required (RankMath or Yoast preferred).

4. Forms
Build customer submission form (file upload capable)
Build application form
Configure email routing
