Tablet Estimation Web App Automation

I need a web app that runs smoothly on standard-size tablets and replaces my current, error-prone method of building estimates in Word and then turning them into PDFs.

Today I jump between different Word document templates, copy-paste customer details, tweak job-specific line items, and finally export the file as a proposal. The repetition invites mistakes, so the new tool has to automate three points in that chain: data entry, template selection, and PDF generation.

Here’s the ideal flow. I open the app in a tablet browser, choose (or search) the right job template, watch the required fields auto-populate from a small set of quick inputs or a customer database look-up, tap once to generate a polished PDF, and then email or save it instantly. All formatting from my existing Word templates must carry over so clients see the same professional layout they are used to—just without the manual effort.

I’m open to whichever modern front-end/back-end stack you prefer as long as:
• It delivers a responsive, finger-friendly interface.
• Template maintenance stays simple—I should be able to upload or adjust a Word document and have the system recognise the placeholders automatically.
• Generated PDFs match the original design pixel-for-pixel.
