We are looking for a professional developer/team to create a bilingual (Hindi & English) inspection management app for LPG distributors.

Business Context

As per Government of India & Oil Marketing Companies’ regulations, a mandatory safety inspection of LPG stoves and cylinder setups must be carried out every 5 years for each consumer.
Our goal is to digitize and streamline this process for LPG distributors, enabling quick field inspections, instant report generation, and smooth backend management.

Key Features Required

Data Integration
• Source consumer data will be provided in Excel format on the client’s system.
• App must sync this data and allow search & filter for customers due for inspection.

Field Inspection Module (Mobile App)
• Search & select consumer record.
• Perform inspection at customer premises.
• Capture photographs post-inspection.
• Record mobile number, latitude-longitude location.
• Add additional details like customer interest in insurance, AMC services, etc.
• Generate PDF inspection record instantly (printable & shareable).
• Accept online payments (UPI, cards, wallets).

Reporting & Analytics
• Auto-update inspection status.
• Generate reports by date, inspector, area, payment status, pending inspections etc.
• Export reports in Excel/PDF formats.

Desktop/Web Backend
• Accessible to distributor’s office staff.
• Manage inspection records, payments, and reports.
• Edit/update consumer database.

Technical Requirements
• Android app (mandatory), iOS optional.
• Desktop/web-based admin panel.
• Secure cloud storage & backup.
• Multi-user login with role-based access.
