Subscription Form Conversion Redesign
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking to revamp the current subscription-order onboarding page so it actually converts. Right now the flow leaks at several points—JavaScript errors stop the dropdown menu from loading, a few header icons look clickable but do nothing, and these dead clicks are breaking the user journey.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• A clean, simplified navigation that keeps visitors focused on the order path without hiding or bypassing the form.
• Clear, visually prominent call-to-action buttons that stand out on both desktop and mobile.
• Light interactive touches to keep users engaged but not distracted—think subtle progress indicators or micro-animations.
• All header components either function perfectly or are removed, eliminating dead clicks entirely.
• JavaScript for the dropdown rebuilt or replaced so it initializes instantly and passes users straight to the next checkout step.
• Security of the form remains intact while still allowing direct access for legitimate users.
You’re free to adjust layout, HTML/CSS, or front-end scripts—as long as the final page loads quickly, works across modern browsers, and demonstrates a measurable lift in conversion once deployed (I’ll handle A/B testing and provide metrics).
Deliverables I expect:
1. Fully coded, responsive page (HTML, CSS, JS) ready to drop into our existing stack.
2. Commented source files so my team can maintain them later.
3. Brief hand-off document summarizing changes, libraries used, and any setup steps.
If you’ve taken a messy funnel and turned it into a smooth, secure, high-converting experience before, I’d love to see how you’d tackle this one.
