Project Overview:
I’m looking to build a subscription-based web platform that imports and displays property-related legal data from Excel files. The system should allow users to browse, sort, and view detailed records, with access restricted to paid subscribers.

Core Features:

1. Data Import

- Upload Excel/CSV files
- Automatically parse and store fields such as:
- Property address
- Case number
- Petitioner name
- Filing date
- Hearing date
- City / ZIP

2. User Accounts & Profiles

- User registration/login
- Profile fields:
- License number
- User type (agent, investor, etc.)
- Mandatory acceptance of NDNS agreement before access

3. Subscription System

- Monthly/annual paid access
- Payment integration (e.g., Stripe)
- Restrict access to data based on active subscription

4. Main Listings Page (Index Table)

- Display all records in a table format
- Sort and filter by:
- Address
- City
- ZIP
- Dates
- Search functionality
- Pagination for performance

5. Detail Page

- Click a row to view full record details
- Include all listing data plus images

6. Image Handling

- Upload and display images per listing
- Store images in cloud storage

Technical Preferences (Flexible):

- Backend: Node.js or Python (Django)
- Frontend: React or similar
- Database: PostgreSQL or equivalent

Additional Requirements:

- Secure login/authentication
- Admin ability to upload/manage data
- Clean, professional UI
- Scalable structure for future growth
