Student Residency Management App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete, production-ready management application for Ashiyana Student Residency that works seamlessly on Web, Android, and iOS. The goal is to bring all day-to-day operations—rent collection, maintenance ticketing, and administrative oversight—into one coherent system, so our staff and residents can stop juggling spreadsheets, paper forms, and WhatsApp threads.
Core workflow
Residents should be able to log in, view their rent status, pay online, and open maintenance requests with photos or short videos. Maintenance staff must receive real-time job tickets, update progress, and close requests once completed. Administrators need a consolidated dashboard showing occupancy, overdue payments, expenditure on repairs, and quick actions for notices or room allocations.
Key deliverables
• Responsive web portal, plus companion Android and iOS apps published under our store accounts
• Secure authentication with role-based access for Residents, Maintenance staff, and Administrators
• Modules for rent tracking (invoices, payment gateway integration, automated reminders), maintenance request lifecycle, and an admin control panel with exportable reports
• Cloud-hosted database & API layer, documented so we can scale or add features later
• Push/email/SMS notifications tied to status changes and rent due dates
• Tested build, source code, and deployment scripts with a short hand-off session
Acceptance criteria
The first production release will be considered complete when each user group can perform its core tasks without manual intervention, all data syncs instantly across platforms, and we can generate an end-of-month rent report in CSV/PDF from the admin panel.
