Student Management System to track attendance, expenses and location

I have final year project.. in electronics and telecommunication.. my project between four main users (Parents-School admin-canteen vendor-student). The student will have a NFC Card for payment and it is equipped with GPS module for tracking purposes, the canteen vendor will have an NFC reader connected to a laptop to simulate as a POS device, parents, vendors and school administrators they can login to website platform with different username and password, in parents dashboard they can deposit money, control the limit of daily expenses, block and unblock the card and also see real time location of there child’s, the vendor can access the website also but with his own password, username and POS number and in his dashboard can see daily sales, monthly report and set the daily menu. The school admin they also access the website to see how many students entered the school, and how many students in each class attended and see real time location of each student.. all these features sync in the website and also display the number of students entered the bus by using sensors on the bus doors with counter display for the bus driver, another display for the school admin which show the total number of students entered the school by placing sensors and n the main gates on f the school, and the individual attendance of each class showing also in the screen, and real time locations of all students
