Student Feedback Collection Platform

I want to roll out a small, web-based system that lets our students give feedback on absolutely everything that concerns them—courses, instructors, even campus facilities—without worrying about their identity being linked to what they say.

Core requirements
• Anonymous submission is non-negotiable; no IP logging or hidden identifiers.
• As soon as a form is sent, authorised staff should get an email notice, and a running total of responses must update in a dashboard.
• The dashboard needs simple but clear analytics: charts, averages, filters by course or date, plus CSV export.

Scope of work
You’ll design the database, build the survey interface so it works on phones and laptops alike, and create an admin panel behind a secure login. I’ll supply the exact question list and visual style guide; you handle the rest—front-end, back-end, and deployment script. I’m comfortable with any modern open-source stack (Laravel, Django, Node, etc.), so choose what you’re fastest with but document the setup clearly.

Delivery milestones
1. Clickable prototype with dummy data showing anonymous flow and email trigger.
2. Fully functional system on a test server with analytics and export features.
3. Final code hand-off, installation guide, and brief walkthrough call.
