Stripe-enabled One-page Website Development

Project Title:
Single Page Website + Form + Stripe Deposit (Anonymous Build, Test Mode Only)

Description:
I need a developer to build a clean, mobile-friendly single-page website for a local service business.

IMPORTANT:
This project must be built using placeholder business information. I will insert real details after delivery. No access to my Stripe, hosting, email, or domain accounts will be provided.

Rental Terms:
- 3-Day rental
-Dump fees $0.15/kg based on landfill ticket
-Includes 1 dump
-Do not fill bin above top rail
-No hazardous waste, propane, or paint
-No dirt, concrete, or asphalt shingles
-No refrigerators or freezers
-Place holder business name is not responsible for driveway, yard, or landscape damage caused by dumpster placement or pickup

Required checkbox: “I agree to the rental terms”
Form must block submission if checkbox not checked.
Form should email submissions to a placeholder email address (configurable).

Stripe Requirements:
Use Stripe Checkout
Deposit payment collected via Stripe
Payment method must be saved for future off-session charges
Use Stripe TEST mode only
Do NOT hardcode Stripe keys
Stripe keys must be configurable via environment/config file
Deliver a working Stripe test integration.
I will insert live Stripe keys after delivery.
