Streamlined Compliance Workflow App
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Our company needs one unified application to turn our existing compliance procedures into clearly defined, trackable workflows. Right now we jump between spreadsheets, shared drives and email; the new tool should centralise everything so every action is logged, every document is easy to find and every task moves automatically to the next stage.
What the app must do
• Translate each step of our compliance process into guided, auditable workflows.
• Show staff role-based dashboards with only their pending tasks, related documents and due dates.
• Keep a tamper-proof activity log exportable for internal or regulatory reviews.
• Trigger automatic notifications instead of manual hand-offs when a step is completed or overdue.
Scope
You will design, build and deploy the full solution—database, back-end logic and an intuitive front-end. I am open to web or cross-platform mobile; recommend the stack you’re most comfortable with. Seamless sign-on with Microsoft 365 and cloud hosting are desirable but not absolute requirements.
Deliverables
1. Fully functioning application deployed in our cloud environment
2. Source code with developer-level documentation
3. Quick video walkthrough for onboarding
4. Two-week post-launch bug-fix window
Acceptance criteria
• Admins can create or adjust workflow steps without code changes.
• Mandatory fields are enforced before a task advances.
• Time-stamped logs export cleanly to CSV or PDF.
• The system stays responsive with at least 100 concurrent users during testing.
