Strain Trading Card Game

I need a developer to create a web-based game. The game will be a card game, and I am looking for someone with experience in developing similar games. Although my primary focus is on web-based platforms, I am also considering future support for mobile platforms, including both iOS and Android.

the project will be based on my trademarked physical collectible card game, in which there are 55 cards/characters , each with their own moves similar too pokemon , each have stats and the game has a rule set which id like implimenting , id like the game too be 2-4 players online , and id like there to be an option to VS a bot , it will be a card battle. I can send the 2d card designs and the game rules for the physical game and then you can impliment them into a game
