Hi sir, you are kindly requested to asses in Feasibility for starting an ICT
business in India.
The customer is opening an ICT company in Mauritania, the main business focus areas are: telecom
services/products/consultations, digital transformation, business excellence , ICT secuirity and
ePayments.
The customer is willing to have a development center in India where he can get qualified people with
acceptable cost, while the headquarter remains in Mauritania.
The Indian development center will have a director and accountant and dedicated teams in the
following areas:
- Odoo development team (6): project manager + 5 developers with experience in odoo
- Mobile development (5): project manager + 3 developers all experienced in flutter/firebase
- Security team (3) : 3 security specialists
- ePayments team (4) : project manager + 3 developers experienced in epayment platforms.
We need the study to covers the establishment of the company in india and the recruitment of staff.
The study should cover the following scopes:
- Legal form: comparison between the different legal forms (branch office, Subsidary , ….) ,
opportunities in every form, the taxes in every form, operating model, opportunity related to
company size and financial results and whatever effect the suitability to choose the legal form.
- Location Scope: Address and compare the relative cities and discretes that should meet the
suitability of low budget companies and the availability of IT Human Resources. Selection of coworking managed space will be included once we choose the city.
- Financial Scope: Address and compare the different budgets of 10 employee size company and
20 employee size company using average salaries and office rental along with managemental
costs and taxes.
HR scope: provide resumes for candidate for the mentioned position.
