Standalone WhatsApp Sales Automation CRM

I’m ready to build a dedicated CRM that lives entirely inside WhatsApp and focuses on automating my sales workflow from first contact to closed deal. The system must run as a self-contained solution, so no bridges to external CRMs or email platforms are required.

Core functionality
• Automated follow-up messages: configurable sequences that trigger by status, time, or prospect action.
• Lead scoring: dynamic scoring logic that updates in real time so I can instantly spot hot prospects.
• Sales reporting: clear dashboards and downloadable reports that track conversions, message performance, and agent activity.

A clean, intuitive interface inside WhatsApp (web and mobile) is crucial; I need to move quickly without jumping between apps. All workflows, templates, and metrics should be easy for non-technical sales reps to adjust. Data must be stored securely and exportable as CSV.

Deliverable
A fully tested, production-ready WhatsApp CRM package—complete with source code, setup instructions, and a short onboarding guide—deployable on my own server or preferred cloud instance.
