Squarespace Airbnb Property Website Development

Create a new website for our airbnb property.

• Embed an online booking system that connects with Lodgify and xero and syncs two-way with our existing Airbnb calendar so double bookings are impossible.
• Display a live availability calendar on every relevant page.
• Be built around my new branding assets and follow a traditional, elegant design aesthetic similar to the reference site I will supply.
• Launch with solid on-page SEO (fast loading, clean HTML, optimised copy, meta data and schema) so the property starts appearing in organic search results quickly.

Initial page set: Home, Contact, Things to Do and Accommodation. All copy can start with placeholders. I will replace or refine the wording, but the layout and navigation must be in place.

Responsive performance on mobile, tablet and desktop is essential, as is an intuitive CMS (Squarespace website platform) so I can update rates, images and content myself. If you have experience integrating lodgify widgets or similar channel-manager tools, please highlight that; I need the sync running flawlessly before we go live. Connect Xero accounting software also.

I already have a domain, email address, all branding files, colours to be used.
