Sport Feeder Machine Rental Web Integration

my business is to rent a sport feeder machine (badminton, tennis, padel) to court owner. i want to put barcode on the machine so user just scan it for everything. barcode will link to website that shows contents of :
1. video, manual pdf to use that machine, house rule of using that machine
2. link to download aps for controling the machine.
3. location of feeder machine that user can choose
4. package of price, promo price, and bonus
5. customer will fill the personal data like : name, date of birth, bank account, whatsapp, email. this is for login , and user data
6. after choose the court, choose the time and duration of usage, choose it in the calendar
7. payment gateway to pay
8, get the payment evidence like ticket to remind user of the event.
9. open chat to whatsapp
10. After successful payment, bridging into TRACCAR using API for instruction "on the machine on the start time and off at the end time on that specific time and date automatically" because i use gps system in the machine.
11. Maps shows the location of the machine so it's easier for user to choose/see.
12. there's a leaderboard for ranking the user
13. there's referal bonus to apply
14. there's point reward that user can collect it from points everytime they do transaction. the point reward can be exchanged to several reward like : free using machine for certain hours, or a gift.
