Spool Material & Progress Dashboard
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a purpose-built application that lets my store managers, admin staff, and technicians handle every step of spool-isometric fabrication without juggling spreadsheets. The core objective is clear: give me real-time tracking and reporting on both material flow and production progress.
Here is the workflow the system must cover:
• Material side – allocate items straight from isometric BOMs, watch stock levels live, and record each store issuance down to heat-number and spool ID.
• Production side – log daily fit-up, welding, NDT, painting, and final clearance for every spool, then surface that data on an at-a-glance dashboard so I instantly see what’s complete, what’s held, and what’s waiting on materials.
• Access control – role-based logins for the three user groups above plus an admin panel where I can create new users, set permissions, and pull Excel/PDF exports.
I’m happy with a web stack you’re comfortable in (Laravel, Django, or Node/React are all fine) as long as the interface is responsive and the database schema keeps spool history intact for auditing.
Acceptance criteria
1. Working web app deployed on a test server.
2. Dashboard widgets for material balance, weld inches, NDT status, and painting percentage update in real time.
3. Issuance, stock, and allocation reports exportable to Excel.
4. Role-based access proves secure in a short penetration test.
If you’ve built similar fabrication or inventory systems, show me a quick demo link or screenshots and outline your proposed tech stack plus timeline.cloud based software
