Speed Up Webador Mobile Site

My site, www.fixet.com.au, is built on Webador and loads far too slowly on phones - Google’s mobile score sits at 52 and the first view of the homepage drags on for 8-plus seconds. From what I can see, oversized images and an embedded video are the main culprits, especially the large banner at the very top of the homepage.

I need a Webador-savvy developer who can push that mobile score past 80 and cut real-world load time to roughly three seconds or less. The work includes converting every image to WebP, aggressively compressing them, replacing the sluggish homepage banner, lazy-loading the YouTube video, and stripping out anything that blocks first paint. While you are in there, give the alt text, heading structure, and meta titles a quick sanity check so nothing obvious is left unoptimised.

Deliverables
• Mobile PageSpeed Insights score ≥ 80 and total load time ≈ 3 s (homepage as benchmark)
• Before/after screenshots from PageSpeed Insights and any other tool you use
• Optimised images and video embed pushed live inside Webador
• Short change log so I know exactly what was tweaked
