AI Specialist for Image editing task

We are looking for an AI specialist who can assist us with a specific image editing task. Basically I want to develop a tool that is website based that can allow for someone to upload a picutre of their dog and then select a different grooming style (short fur for example) then it shows them what their dog looks like with the different grooming style.
