Software Review & Listing Website

I want to launch a responsive website that lets visitors browse, search, and compare both commercial and open-source software in one place. Each product page should display a clean product catalogue entry, a star-based rating system, and a section where users can leave written reviews. Behind the scenes I will need an intuitive admin panel to manage software listings, moderate reviews, and highlight featured products.
