Social Service Website Build
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a clean, secure website that can comfortably serve about 200 active members of our social-service organisation. The entire site will live in the cloud, so please factor in easy deployment and maintenance on AWS, Azure, GCP or a comparable host.
Core modules I have in mind
• Member database – searchable, editable and exportable.
• Role-based access control – different dashboards and permissions for admins, committee members and general users.
• Activities board – space to post completed projects as well as upcoming events.
• Fixed-deposit ledger – a private area where only treasurers can log and update bank FD details.
• Meeting minutes repository – chronologically organised and quickly downloadable.
• Photo gallery – albums for past teams and event highlights.
Regular publishing will revolve around event announcements and meeting minutes, so a simple editor with version history is a must. I’m open to the platform you recommend (WordPress, Drupal, custom stack, etc.) as long as it remains lightweight, responsive on mobile, and easy for non-technical committee members to update.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional, cloud-hosted website with SSL and basic SEO settings.
2. Admin guide covering user-role setup, content publishing and routine backups.
3. Source code / credentials handed over at project close.
Build it in a way that I can grow the user base without major rework, and keep data security best practices front and centre.
