Social Networking Webapp Build

I’m launching a social networking web application and need it built end-to-end, together with a full admin panel. The site’s first release must include:

• User profiles that members can create, edit, and browse
• A real-time or near–real-time messaging system between registered users
• Sign-up / sign-in with email-and-password plus optional phone-number verification for extra convenience

All source code, commit history, and environment files must live in a private GitHub repository that you push to throughout the project. The production version has to be deployed on Firebase (Hosting, Firestore/Realtime DB, Functions, and Firebase Auth where appropriate). I’ll release final payment only after the live URL is publicly accessible, stable, and ready to receive traffic.

Acceptance criteria
1. Webapp and admin panel are responsive and pass basic accessibility checks.
2. Core features (profiles, messaging, authentication) work smoothly on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
3. Admin panel allows me to view, edit, and delete any user or message and to monitor usage statistics.
4. GitHub repo contains well-structured commits, clear README, and environment sample files.
5. Firebase project is transferred to my account with all roles, API keys, and domains configured.
