I’m looking for a developer who can build a social-networking web application from scratch. The core idea is to let users create profiles, post updates, follow friends, and exchange private messages—nothing overly complex at first, but the foundations should be solid enough to grow.

Here’s what I need delivered:
• A responsive front end (React, Vue, or similar) with clean, modern UI components for feed, profile, and messaging.
• A secure back end (Node.js, Django, or comparable framework) that exposes RESTful endpoints and handles authentication, user relationships, and real-time notifications.
• A lightweight admin panel to moderate content and manage users.
• Deployment scripts or documentation for hosting on a mainstream cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
