Social Networking Web App
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m building a new social networking platform and need a developer who can deliver a solid, scalable web application. The very first milestone is a fully-functional user-profile system: secure signup/login, editable bios, profile photos, and privacy controls.
My stack is flexible—as long as it’s modern and maintainable. If you prefer React with a Node/Express or Django backend, that’s great; Laravel, Vue, or similar frameworks are also fine. What matters is clean, well-documented code stored in Git and a deployment path (Docker, CI/CD or another approach) that I can reproduce on a cloud host.
While messaging and content-sharing modules are not part of this initial scope, the architecture you create should make adding them straightforward later. Responsive design, basic accessibility, and standard security practices (hashed passwords, CSRF protection, GDPR-friendly data handling) are non-negotiable.
Please tell me:
• the tech stack you recommend and why
• how many weeks you’d need for the profile module and related UI
• links to any comparable projects you’ve delivered
