When someone comes to an event, I want them to scan a QR code, which takes them to a form—like JotForm—so they fill out their info. I don’t need a website, just a way to log who attended. I’ve used Google Forms before, but I want something smoother. If JotForm works for you, great! I also need it to be ongoing—so each event, I can generate a QR code, they scan, it logs who came, and we keep a record every time.
