Skilled Services Marketplace Website & Apps

I’m building a two-sided marketplace that feels as slick as Zomato or OYO but connects customers with skilled professionals—electricians, beauticians, tutors, plumbers, and other experts—rather than food outlets or hotels. Users should be able to search nearby providers, view real-time availability, compare prices, pay securely in-app, and rate the experience, while providers manage bookings, schedules, and payouts from their own dashboard.

Here’s the scope I have in mind:

• Design: Wireframes through final UI for web, Android, and iOS
• Core build: Mobile-first website plus native (or high-performance cross-platform) apps powered by a single REST/GraphQL backend
• Key modules: OTP/email onboarding, KYC-verified provider signup, geo-location search, calendar scheduling, dynamic pricing, coupon engine, wallet, secure payment gateway, order tracking, push/email/SMS notifications, ratings & reviews, multi-language support, robust admin analytics
• Management panels: Separate dashboards for admin and providers with role-based access
• Deployment: CI/CD to the cloud of my choice, store submission under my accounts, full source code and API documentation

Acceptance criteria: smooth end-to-end booking flow, sub-second page/app loads on 3G, zero critical bugs in a one-week UAT, and code that clears an OWASP Top-10 security scan.
