Single page web app with a few dropdown selections and an editable table.
Barcode scanning into some table cells using device camera, other cell data typed in using device keyboard. Some basic calculations displayed live in web view using values in table. Button to export table data to Excel format for download to device.
Must be suitable for hosting on an offline server for offline LAN access.
Store the dropdown selection data in local browser storage to avoid having to manually re-select next time.
Web app should be fully usable on tablets or computers.
Please suggest which technologies you would prefer to use to make the web app.
All source code ownership must be transferred on completion.
