Single-Page WordPress Digital marketing Agency Site Build

I’ve already purchased the premium Nexaq WordPress theme and all the built-in animations, hover effects, and scrolling features it ships with are exactly what I want—no additions or tweaks needed. What I’m looking for is a straightforward build that mirrors the demo home page at https://nexaq.egenstheme.com/ pixel-for-pixel, then swaps in the copy and images I’ll supply.

Scope of work
• Install the theme on my hosting and import the demo layout.
• Recreate the full one-page home section exactly as shown in the demo.
• Add two simple, separate pages for Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions (text only).
• Remove any storefront or payment components the theme might include; this site is informational only.
• Ensure everything is responsive, loads quickly, and that the existing theme effects function smoothly.

No extra sections, plugins, or third-party integrations are required beyond what comes with the theme. Once the page structure is in place, I’ll provide all final content for you to drop in.

Deliverables will be considered complete when the live site matches the demo design, the two policy pages are accessible in the footer, and my content replaces all placeholder text and imagery.
