Single-Page Product Entry Interface

I need a modern, single-page web interface.
The intention is to maintain database tables via a refreshing interface foreseen with smart solutions, which give the user a clear view and access to tables and their coherence.
The page has different user modes (read/edit/etc.) which will show/remove options on the screen.
Attachments:
Webpage will be used and tested on a display minimum 1200x800 pixel.
Please provide a sample of a modern user interface you like to use.
Code well-commented and easy to extend and must be unique in the created system.
