Simple Portfolio Site Development

I need a clean, fast-loading portfolio website built from the ground up. The core requirement is a well-designed Contact Information section so visitors can reach me easily by email, phone, and social channels. Beyond that, the overall layout should leave room for future “About Me” or “Work Samples” pages, but those are not part of the initial scope.

The site must:
• be fully responsive and look polished on mobile and desktop
• use semantic, accessible HTML5/CSS3 and lightweight JavaScript where necessary
