Simple Live Tracking Webpage

I need a straightforward live tracking webpage for deliveries. The delivery person will update their location, and the customer will see it in real-time. The link to this page should be sent via [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for offsiting - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions].

Requirements:
- One page for delivery updates (driver)
- One page for customer to view the live map
- Backend only stores temporary coordinates
- Location updates every 5 seconds
- Works entirely in a web browser
- Must be accessible via a [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for offsiting - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions] link

Tech Stack: Node.js or PHP acceptable. No preference for hosting service (AWS, Heroku, etc.).

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in web development
- Proficiency in Node.js or PHP
- Familiarity with real-time data updates
- Basic understanding of deployment on cloud platforms
