Simple Classifieds Web Build

I want a straightforward, no-frills classifieds website whose core job is to let people buy and sell almost anything that can be traded legally—tangible products, digital goods, even local services.

Essential user features I must see at launch:
• Registration & secure login
• A form for posting products or services with photos, price, category, description and location
• Robust search with category, keyword and price filters so visitors can find listings quickly

Beyond those basics, keep the design responsive and lightweight so pages load fast on mobile. An intuitive dashboard for users to edit or remove their own listings is important, and the overall codebase should be easy for me to maintain or hand off later.

Please suggest the stack you feel is most efficient for a project of this scale and outline any third-party plugins you’d rely on (payments, image handling, spam protection, etc.). Once we agree on the stack and milestones, I’d like a working MVP deployed on my hosting with clear, commented source code and a short hand-over document explaining setup, environment variables and routine maintenance.
