I need a straightforward blog-style news site that lets readers leave comments on every post. The project can be built on WordPress, Ghost, or a lightweight custom stack—whichever you’re most comfortable with—so long as it stays fast, secure, and easy for me to update.

Core requirements
• Responsive design that looks good on mobile and desktop
• Comment system with moderation, spam filtering, and email notification to me when someone replies
• Clean admin area where I can publish, edit, tag, and schedule articles
• Basic on-page SEO setup and a simple homepage layout that highlights recent posts

Please handle installation on my hosting, point the domain, and make sure everything is ready for me to start posting as soon as you hand it over.
