Silence OpenCart Warnings, Configure Extension

My store runs on OpenCart 3.x and the front page is currently littered with PHP warning messages. Editing php.ini didn’t do the trick, so I need those warnings suppressed from the public-facing side while still keeping proper logging for troubleshooting.
Alongside that, I’ve installed a small extension whose only job is to hide the “Add to Cart” button whenever an item is out of stock. There’s no coding required—I simply want the module enabled, its settings adjusted if necessary, and clear confirmation that it behaves correctly on product, category and search pages.
Acceptance:
• Homepage loads with zero visible warning messages.
• Extension is active and reliably removes the “Add to Cart” button for every product that has a stock of 0.
• No core files are altered; all changes remain within OpenCart’s admin settings or override system.
