About us:
We are a Bangalore-based premium gifting brand offering curated hampers, corporate gifts, and return gifts (kids’ birthdays, weddings, housewarming, etc.). We need a professional Shopify site (similar to BoxUpGifting
) where customers can browse products and place orders via WhatsApp and Instagram DM (no online checkout yet).
Scope of Work
1. Shopify Setup
Connect our existing domain.
Install and customize free Dawn theme.
Apply logo, brand colors, and homepage banners.
Configure store basics (currency INR, timezone IST, language EN).
2. Navigation & Categories
Top Tabs (Main Menu):
Personal Gifts
By Recipient → For Him, For Her, For Kids, For Parents, For Couples.
By Occasion → Birthday, Anniversary, Housewarming, Festivals, Thank You.
By Interest → Coffee Lovers, Fitness Hampers, Gourmet, Eco-Friendly, Luxury.
Corporate Gifts
Employee Welcome Kits.
Festival Hampers.
Client Appreciation Hampers.
Bulk Hampers with Branding (logo sleeves, cards, packaging).
Request a Quote (WhatsApp CTA page).
Return Gifts
Kids’ Birthday Return Gifts.
Baby Shower Return Gifts.
Half Saree Celebration Return Gifts.
Wedding Return Gifts.
Housewarming Return Gifts.
Requirement: Admin panel must allow us to add more sub-menus or categories later without coding.
3. Products
Upload 10 sample products (we will replace later).
Products tagged with recipient/occasion/return gift type for easy filtering.
Collections should auto-populate from tags.
Admin should be able to bulk upload via CSV later.
4. Ordering Flow (WhatsApp + Instagram)
Replace “Add to Cart” with two buttons:
Order on WhatsApp → pre-filled message with product details.
DM on Instagram → direct link to Instagram chat (https://ig.me/m/<brand_username>).
Pre-filled WhatsApp message template:

5. Homepage & Branding

Shop by Category (3 tiles: Personal, Corporate, Return Gifts).
Featured Hampers.
Why Choose Us (fast delivery, personalization, premium packaging).
WhatsApp and Instagram CTA block.
Add About Us, Contact Us, FAQ, and Delivery Policy pages.
6. Popup Form (via Klaviyo – Free Plan)
Collect: Name, Email, Birthday, Kid’s Birthday, Anniversary.
Save as custom fields in customer profile (no automation yet).
Popup trigger: after delay of 5 seconds on desktop and 7 seconds on mobile.
Show once per session.
We should be able to turn on automated email flows later.
7. Admin Panel Control
Must allow us to:
Add/edit products, categories, collections, sub-menus, banners, discounts.
Manage popup fields and settings.
Edit WhatsApp and Instagram button templates.
Provide a training video (30–45 mins) showing how to manage the site.
Deliver a simple backup export (CSV of products/collections).
8. SEO & Analytics
Editable meta titles and descriptions per product and collection.
Sitemap auto-generated.
Alt text for product images.
Install Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel for tracking.
Deliverables
Fully functional Shopify site on our domain.
WhatsApp and Instagram order buttons working on all products.
