I need a clean, conversion-focused Shopify site built from scratch that showcases and sells our physical products while also letting prospects lock in a sales-meeting slot with us. The booking flow must feel native to the store: customers pick an open time from a calendar view, receive automatic reminders, and still have the option to cancel or reschedule on their own.
Because many orders begin with a consultation, the checkout has to collect a deposit first. Please wire in Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer so customers can choose their preferred method without friction.
Speed is critical—I’d like to move from zero to launch in the shortest reasonable time, so an out-of-the-box theme customised for brand, product pages, and the scheduler is fine as long as it looks polished and mobile-first.
Acceptance criteria:
• Shopify storefront live with branding, 3–5 sample physical products, and standard collections/navigation.
• Integrated appointment scheduler offering calendar view, auto-reminders, and self-service cancellations.
• Deposits captured at booking or product checkout via Credit/Debit, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
• Test orders and bookings show in the Shopify admin and send notification emails.
• Handover includes brief documentation and a recorded walkthrough of settings.
