Shopify Expert for E-commerce Store Redesign

I am looking for a highly skilled Shopify expert to completely redesign and modernize my current store.
My website has two major problems:
It is outdated: The look and feel are old, which hurts customer trust and conversions.
It is not responsive: It looks broken and is very difficult to use on mobile phones and tablets.
I need a complete refresh to create a clean, modern, professional, and trustworthy e-commerce store. The number one priority is a "crazy responsive" mobile-first experience that is fast and easy to use.

Scope of Work & Deliverables:
Design & Modernization: Propose and implement a clean, modern, and professional new design. (You can recommend a premium theme to customize, or propose a custom solution).
"Crazy Responsive" Development: Ensure the new design is 100% pixel-perfect and functions flawlessly on all devices (all mobile phones, tablets, and desktops).
Mobile-First UX/UI: Design the mobile experience first. It must be fast, easy to navigate, and optimized for conversions (e.g., clear buttons, easy-to-use menu, simple cart/checkout).
Full Site Implementation: Redesign all key pages: Homepage, Product Pages, Collection Pages, Cart, and blog/info pages.
Page Speed Optimization: The new site must be lightweight and load extremely fast, especially on mobile networks.
App & Data Migration: Ensure all my current products, collections, and essential apps are correctly integrated into the new design without data loss.
Testing: Thoroughly test the new site for bugs, layout issues, and cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven expert in Shopify theme development and customization (Liquid, CSS, JavaScript).
A strong portfolio of modern e-commerce redesigns (please provide links).
