Shopify Digital Shop Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m launching an online store that will sell digital products only—think downloadable files, license keys, and similar items—and I need the entire Shopify environment prepared so customers can purchase, receive, and access their files seamlessly.
Here’s what I need done from start to finish:
• Configure a new (or existing) Shopify account, choosing and custom-tuning a clean, responsive theme suited to digital goods.
• Set up product pages for my initial catalogue (about 10 items to start), including file uploads or secure delivery apps so customers receive instant download links after payment.
• Integrate a reliable credit/debit card gateway through Shopify Payments (or an equivalent provider) and run test transactions to confirm smooth checkout and fulfillment.
• Organise essential store settings—taxes, basic SEO, automatic email notifications, refund policy pages—and make sure everything is branded consistently.
• Provide a quick walkthrough so I can add future products and run promotions without breaking anything.
Acceptance criteria
1. Store reachable at my domain with SSL active.
2. Sample order processed successfully with a credit card, triggering automated delivery of the correct digital file.
3. No visible theme errors on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
4. Clear instructions (screen-share or concise PDF) showing how to add new digital items and issue refunds.
