Shopify Delivery Slip Template

I need a small Liquid template written so that every time I print a delivery slip from Shopify it automatically:

• greets the customer by name at the top of the page
• shows the full delivery address exactly as it appears in the order
• lists each line-item (title, variant, qty) under the greeting
• displays the order number in a prominent spot for quick reference

The template has to plug straight into Shopify’s “Print Packing Slips” area and populate dynamically from the order object—no manual editing. Liquid variables such as {{ shipping_address }}, {{ line_items }}, and {{ order.name }} should be used so the slip picks up real-time data.

Deliverable
A single .liquid file ready for upload. I will test it by printing slips from a few live orders; if the greeting shows the correct first name, the address matches Shopify, and items render cleanly without breaking the page layout, the job is done.
