T-Shirt Inventory Site Build

I want to launch a small website that showcases both my custom and pre-made T-shirt designs while keeping the door open to grow into a full e-commerce store later.

Core needs
• A clean, responsive catalog where I can tag each item as custom or pre-made, upload images, set sizes, and toggle visibility.
• Real-time stock updates so what shoppers see is always accurate; low-level inventory logic can sit in the background for now, but the stock count must update instantly whenever I add or reserve items.
• A simple admin area where I can import new designs, edit descriptions, and track what’s moving.
• Card payment integration (Stripe or a similar gateway is fine) with basic order logging—no complex checkout yet, just the ability to collect and confirm payments securely.

Deliverables
- Front-end catalog pages linked to a lightweight CMS or headless setup
- Inventory module with real-time updates and searchable SKU/design fields
- Secure credit/debit card payment flow, PCI-compliant
- Documentation on how to add new designs and extend the site into a full cart later

Acceptance will be based on a working demo hosted on your test server, transfer of all source code, and a quick walkthrough showing stock updating live after an order.
