US-Shift Business Development Executive
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
You will manage incoming, pre-qualified US-based prospects who inquire about our SEO and website development solutions, guide them through discovery, negotiate terms, and close retainers that generate long-term revenue. Because we already work the North-American market, all conversations happen during the US evening/night window; I operate fully remote myself and the role is set up the same way, so you can work from wherever you are most productive.
Day to day you will jump on Zoom or phone, understand client goals, present the right mix of on-page, off-page and full-stack web options, prepare concise proposals, and push deals across the finish line. Each closed contract earns you a fixed base plus an attractive recurring commission that continues for the life of the account, so strong English communication, confident negotiation and a closer’s mindset are essential.
