Sharetribe Car Sales Marketplace

Hello,
I am currently looking for a developer to create a peer-to-peer car sales website in Quebec, allowing private individuals to buy and sell cars directly.
I would like the website to be developed using Sharetribe or Bubble.

The features I am looking for include:

1.Secure payment via Stripe or an Escrow account

2.Sales contract between the buyer and the seller — I will need to create this contract with a lawyer

3,Identity verification (possibly done manually)

4.Ability for users to purchase a Carfax report directly on the website

5.Financing options

6.Car insurance options

7.Ability to schedule a pre-purchase inspection

For the MVP, I want to focus on points 1, 2, 3, and 4. Points 5, 6, and 7 can be implemented later, after the platform is launched.

Please let me know the estimated number of hours required to integrate points 1, 2, 3, and 4.
