Services Voucher Website Development

I need a clean, responsive website that showcases discount vouchers exclusively for service-based businesses—think spas, gyms, repair shops and similar providers. Every deal will be issued as a unique digital code that users can copy or save to their phone for instant redemption; no printable coupons or QR scans are involved.

Core flow
• Visitors browse service categories, read the offer details and click “Get Code”.
• The system reveals a one-time digital code, stores it in the user’s dashboard and emails a copy for convenience.
• Service partners can log in, upload new deals, set expiry dates and track redemptions.

What I expect
• Front-end: modern UI/UX, mobile-first, fast load times.
• Back-end: secure code generation, database to manage merchants, users and voucher status, plus an admin panel where I can approve or deactivate offers.
• Basic SEO setup so vouchers are discoverable for local searches.
• Clear documentation and a quick walkthrough video showing how to add a new voucher, deactivate an old one and view redemption stats.

Tech stack is flexible; PHP/Laravel, Node, or any framework you prefer is fine as long as it’s reliable and easy for me to maintain.
