Service Request ticketing system for car coding / Payment Gateway Needed/ MQTT Topic communication

Hi,
For my customer i'm looking for a service request ticketing system with Payment Gateway..
The goal here is that customer can create a ticket and pay beforehand in order to have a remote coding of any type of vehicle.
The hardware devices are available via MQTT messaging.
Flow
- Customer creates tickets (later based on car make , modal & year but not at first stage of project).
- Agent opens ticket
- Check online devices linked for this customer (eg device serial which is online)
- Link local coding device to remote coding device and start remote coding
- Once finished and customer is not responding eg (within 7 days) ticket can be closed.
