About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Web3 Full-Stack Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will play a pivotal role in building decentralized applications (dApps), blockchain infrastructure, and full-stack web platforms that shape the next generation of the internet.

This is a hands-on role for someone deeply familiar with both Web3 development and modern full-stack technologies, with strong experience in Rust, Solidity, React/Next.js, and backend development in Node.js and Python.

Note: This position requires significant overlap with U.S. time zones (minimum 4–6 hours of workday overlap).

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity and/or Rust on EVM-compatible and other blockchain platforms.

Architect and implement full-stack dApps using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and blockchain engineers to create intuitive and secure decentralized applications.

Work on integrating Web3 wallets, token standards, and decentralized storage solutions.

Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.

Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.

Stay up to date with the latest Web3 tools, libraries, and best practices.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in full-stack development.

Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity and/or Rust.

Strong knowledge of React.js and Next.js for frontend development.

Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and Python.

Deep understanding of blockchain principles, cryptography, consensus algorithms, and Web3 protocols.

Experience working with tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Ethers.js, web3.js, and IPFS.

Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL), microservices architecture, and API development.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Comfortable working remotely with a team across different time zones, with availability during core U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Layer 2 solutions, rollups, or zero-knowledge proofs.

Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.

Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc).
