Senior Web Developer Wanted

I’m expanding our early-stage startup and need a seasoned developer who can step straight into production work, communicate clearly in native-level English, and collaborate closely across time zones in the Americas or Europe. The first engagement will be a small, paid test assignment so we can experience working together; if it’s a good fit, you’ll roll directly into ongoing feature development and roadmap planning alongside a tight-knit team.

You should already have a strong track record delivering complete web applications and feel comfortable owning decisions from architecture through deployment while still valuing peer reviews and open dialogue. Long-term, you’ll help shape technical direction, mentor newer contributors, and iterate quickly on customer feedback.
