Web Development Agency – Commission-Based Partners Needed
We are building a web development and digital solutions agency focused on delivering websites, SaaS tools, and business automation systems for small and medium-sized businesses.
We are currently looking to collaborate with 2–3 motivated partners to support client acquisition and brand growth.
1. Full-Stack Developer (Role Covered Internally)
Website and SaaS development
Frontend and backend development
Deployment and maintenance
Product development and technical execution
2. Sales / Lead Generation Partner (Commission Based)
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients (local businesses, schools, clinics, startups)
Handle outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
Generate and close deals
Maintain consistent client pipeline
Compensation:
Commission-based per project (percentage of deal value)
3. Marketing / Reviews & Growth Partner
Responsibilities:
Collect client reviews and testimonials
Manage basic brand presence and social media updates
Support content and credibility building
Assist in client retention and referrals
Compensation:
Commission or profit-sharing per project (based on contribution)
