We run a side projet in Africa specializing in connecting taxis and passengers. After an initial unsuccessful attempt, we are looking for an innovative solution to digitize our current service. We hope to find an expert capable of transforming our vision into reality.

Problem Statement:

Currently, here’s how the taxi service operates in the country:

Taxis roam the city and passengers stop them on the roadside by raising their hand.
Passengers negotiate the price with the driver. If the driver agrees, the passenger gets in.
Taxis mainly operate in a shared mode, picking up multiple passengers at a time and dropping them off successively at their respective destinations.
This process is not optimized for drivers and does not always offer a pleasant experience for passengers.
Passengers often use mobile payment solutions (mobile money).
Needs and Types of Rides:

Direct rides for daily needs.
Hourly reservations.
Airport transfers.
Monthly subscriptions.
B2B solutions for companies with deferred payment (e.g., 30 days end of month, invoice date).
We want to digitize and optimize this process to provide a better experience for both drivers and passengers.

Your Mission:
