Security Dashboard Web App Development

I'm seeking an experienced web application developer to create an information portal focused on security. The primary content will be a security dashboard.

Key functionalities include:
- Real-time alerts: Notify users about security incidents as they happen.
- Multi-tenant. Each company should only see their specific dashboard
- The admins should be able to switch between dashboards and see what they are seeing and from there add reports, alerts, update their scores
- The dashboard for customers should see their security risk score, all their risks.
- Ability to alert the customer with e-mail or text when a new risk has been created. Also the option to create the risk for multiple customers at once.
- Knowledge base articles - customer specific or for everyone
- Detailed reports: Provide in-depth analysis and summaries of security events.
- User access management: Control and monitor user permissions and access levels.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Ruby).
- Knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of security protocols and user authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
