Secure Staff Job Portal

I need a secure web-based portal where every technician or employee logs in with a straightforward username-and-password credential and immediately sees only the jobs that belong to them. From my side, the admin dashboard must give me full access to everything—creating new jobs, assigning or re-assigning them, editing customer information, managing every user account, and disabling or deleting accounts whenever required.

Each job record has to hold: customer name and contact details, service address, free-form notes, photo uploads, and a spot for a map link or What3Words reference. While work is under way, I want to track the complete life-cycle through these stages:

• New
• Assigned
• In Progress
• On Hold / Postponed
• Completed

A simple visual indicator for each stage is ideal so I can filter or search quickly. Once a job reaches completion, the system should generate a clean PDF report (pulling all notes, photos, and timestamps) and let me email it to the customer or download it for my own records with one click.

Please build this as a responsive website so staff can use it comfortably on a laptop in the office or a mobile device on-site. Security, reliability, and an intuitive interface are more important to me than flashy design. If you have suggestions on frameworks or tech stacks that will speed development while keeping the system robust, I’m open to hearing them.
